This place was fantastic and the staff was amiable and helpful. The room exceeded all expectations, it was well-equipped and brand-new with fresh milk for tea, coffee, as for instance. The breakfast was wonderful and gorgeous, they make a huge variety of meals. The location seemed stunning and incredible in the fields out the back of the property.

While I thought I'd woudl ve been rolled out the red carpet, the hard bed left me tossing and turning all night. I was quite disappointed by the incessant noise from motorcycle races outside. I almost considered giving this place a good review but, alas, that pesky lack of preferential treatment just couldn't be overlooked.

The home-cooked breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious start to the day, and the scenic views over the Lincolnshire Wolds made for a pleasant backdrop during meals. The place is charming with its quaint decor and offers a unique, traditional B&B experience that's hard to find these days.
Unfortunately, the bed was quite firm, which might leave some folks tossing and turning at night. Noise from motorcycle races outside can be intrusive, especially during events at Cadwell. The parking area also leaves something to be desired, with muddy conditions that could use better maintenance. Lastly, the limited dessert options during dining could be improved .

Amazing stay with beautiful scenery!
Irene is seriously the best! Super friendly and took time to give us tips on local spots. The breakfast was delish with fresh ingredients, and the views were just amazing! We had comfy beds, but the room could use a bit more soundproofing since we heard some noise occasionally. Still, it was a lovely getaway!

The breakfast was great, especially the fresh ingredients. We visited the fine Walled Garden at Baumber and enjoyed a hike at Kinematic in the Woods. The cozy beds and beautiful countryside views made it even better. If you're around, definitely check it out!
We did hear some noise from nearby motorcycle races, which could be a bit distracting at times.

Had a blast with friends! We really enjoyed exploring the Walled Garden at Baumber and Kinematic in the Woods at Woodhall Spa. The location was great for hiking, and we loved the comfy beds and tasty breakfast options. Definitely recommend checking out the local sights-there's so much to see!
While it was a fun stay, the only hiccup was a bit of noise from nearby motorcycle races, which could be distracting at times.

Irene's breakfast was delicious, and she went out of her way to. There are comfy spots in the garden and a cozy lounge for some downtime. The only thing I noticed was that the bed felt a bit firm for my liking, but it didn't ruin the experience at all! 😊

Irene was helpful. The home-cooked breakfast served was superb, particularly the cooked-to-perfection offerings. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Walled Garden at Baumber and hiking part of the Viking Way. The beds were comfortable, complemented by tea, coffee, and biscuits available in the room, which further enhanced our stay.
The only minor downside was some occasional noise from the nearby motorcycle races.
